This illustration was created entirly in Paint Shop Pro 8.1. I like to use basic shapes and then modify the nodes as needed. Gradients are then applied to give the shapes a 3-D look.
 

this is so cool. i like the simple shapes and colours. it reminds me of paper crafts.

the little guy's expression is cute, too.

i use psp 9 these days. I'd downloaded psp 8 last spring, and got hooked, so bought the v9 once the 60 day trial expired. i don't know how to do the nodes yet, but i've been having fun blending layers and playing with colour.

i'm glad to see a fellow psp-er.
